The Tuff Built Exosphere Anchor is a mobile, customisable overhead anchor system designed to provide safe fall arrest anchorage in locations where fixed systems are impractical. The Tuff Built Exosphere 4x4 All-Terrain Anchor System is a fully self-contained hydraulic overhead anchorage solution designed for mobile deployment in extreme environments. Operated via wireless or wired remote control, this system enables safe overhead tie-off at heights up to 12.8 metres. It supports up to four users simultaneously, offering unmatched flexibility for remote rescue, construction, energy, or rail operations. Equipped with a 4-stage telescopic mast, stabilising jacks, hi-vis strobe lighting, and a manual rescue system, the Exosphere 4x4 is engineered for high-risk sites where conventional anchor systems fall short.
